A lot of the apps that come to us for a redesign are actually decent products underneath. The functionality is fine, users like what the app does, but the interface is dated and the user experience has accumulated weird patterns over years of quick fixes. We clean all that up.

What Redesign Includes

UX audit — we go through every screen and document what works, what confuses people, and what is just ugly. User flow optimization — simplifying navigation paths and reducing the number of taps to complete key tasks. Visual refresh — modern typography, spacing, colour, and iconography that matches current platform conventions.

The Tricky Part

Redesigning a live app with existing users is harder than building from scratch because you need to be careful not to confuse people who already know how to use the current version. We usually do staged rollouts and sometimes A/B test major changes before shipping them to everyone.
